A MOTHERS PLEE

My child was removed from me by CPS due to false allegations and them
claiming neglect. She was placed in foster care and later placed with
biological father. This has been very emotional for all of us and now
they want to remove my 3year old born 3 days after being ruled out of
my daughter's life, but everything just keeps getting pushed out
further and further. I need my children back NOW, I have never been in
trouble and this is ruining my kids and I want to know how I can fight
CPS and get my kids back. This is not fair, it has been all false
allegations and NO proof of anything said. Please help.

I have now taken my son out of UK for fear he would be removed, on
returning to the UK I was arrested and put in custody and brought to
the high court the following day and release to appear on the 15th
March 2010 and now push to the 27 April 2010.
My son is in Africa out of UK jurisdiction with the full consent of the
father and now they want to go to Africa to collect him and my clan are
not having it and I am being told I amobstructing the CPS

I would like any help that would highlight our plight- We have no money
to travel back and forth to see our child in Africa and we have not
done anything wrong. We would like any media to highlight our situation
to help other parents in similar situation in UK INJUSTICE
