Supreme Court to hear dispute over appellate courts, proportionality assessments and care orders

Very rarely do these kind of cases get to the Supreme Court.

But it also highlights how Children can be split up from their siblings when placed into Foster care.

In this Case the three Children have been placed with three different Foster Care placements, and possibly no telling when they will see each other again or if they will ever see each other again?

Possibly the kincare clause could not be used because of the sexual abuse allegation within the family alleged.
