husband, Roger Gardener. Roger VV 4184 died in Bridged Princess of Wales

Hopsital on Dec 22nd 2009 of what are believed to be cancer related problems,

PRIVATE ADOPTION AGENCIES SUFFERING BY THE RECESSION

I am not surprised by the above headline.

Some Private fostering agencies pay up to £800 a week for each child fostered.

An Adoption Agency called Coram,is working with Local Authority's in the London area, to recruit prospective adopters to come forward to foster babies in the early stages of Care Proceedings,and planning for placement is taking place before the child is even born, costing millions of the taxpayers money, instead of using the kincare clause highlighted in the Public… Continue

CALSERDALE FAILINGS

Multi agency failings again, resulting in serious injuries to a Baby..

Even worse system failings because this child's name was on the child protection register,and the Mother had two other children taken away,and placed into care.

Obviously Calderdale Social Services do not monitor their child protection register adequately, utter incompetence once again, leaving a six month old baby to suffer horrendous pain.

SAFEGUARDING BOARDS

Why the Government will not involve the voluntary Groups like PAIN,and FASSIT, in the implementation of the Safeguarding delivery Group is a good question to ask, as PAIN put some documentation into the Butler-Sloss Cleveland inquiry..

I for one will be trying to get on my Local Safeguarding Board,and i urge others to do the same.Local Authority's have a mandatory duty to have members of the Public on their local safeguarding boards.…

ANOTHER CHILD INJURED BY FOSTER CARER

...

Foster Carers should be given a Psychological assessment at least every two years, i wonder how many would be diagnosed with a personality disorder.

Many Parents are having children removed by Social Services at the moment via the secret Family Courts after being diagnosed by the former,by the so called medical experts.

Perhaps if Foster Carers were assessed every two years, it might save a few childrens lives.…

FOSTER CARERS NOT INVESTIGATED IN SOME CASES IF A CHILD IS INJURED IN THEIR CARE

Parents Against Injustice have had cases of which children,and babies have experienced fractures while in Foster Care,after being removed from their natural Parents after suffering from the former.

My husband Roger Gardener VV 4184 died in Bridged Princess of Wales Hopsital on Dec 22nd 2009 of we believe cancer related problems, whilst an inmate of Parc prison.

An Inquest, Coroners Report will now be held before he can be cremated at Bridgend.

He has 3 appeals at the CCRC which were placed rececntly but he did not have time to appeal his illegal extrdition proceedings -
