GOVERMENT TO INTERVENE IN WARRINGTONS FAILING CHILDRENS SERVICES

The Government will have to intervene in many other Local Authorities, there are many LAS up and down the Country, that are failing their on the spot Ofsted inspections.

I am not convinced by this Corporate Parents statement, only time will tell.

In the meantime, the Services are critical, God help the Children,and Families of Warrington, that are being failed on a large scale.

Common sense gone mad.

How is every school in the land going to check everybody's CRB disclosures,and details from the Independent Safeguarding Authority?

CUTS WARNING IN FAMILY COURT DEBACLE

The Family courts are at breaking point already, with the increase in Care Proceedings, after the Baby Peter tragedy and other Local Authority failings up and down the Country resulting in the death of vulnerable children, one local Authority decided to drop 500 cases, because they said they were not safeguarding the Children that needed protection, the question is should any of these Cases of been instigated in the first place, wasting the taxpayers and Solicitors fees on Public Law Legal Aid… Continue

Goverment to act in Cornwalls Safeguarding Debacle

I await the Governments involvement in Cornwall's failing Child Protection System with scepticism.

With Cafcass failing by as much as 75 percent in various parts of the Country and the meltdown and backlog of Cases within the Family Court Arena, I cannot see any improvement for the formidable future.

DONCASTER WILL NOT PUBLISH FINDINGS INTO THE DEATH OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN

DONCASTER'S child welfare bosses have today said they will not publish the findings of its latest review into the death of a child.

Letter to a PAIN client from Ed Balls Department as i have said in the past he doesnt give a dam,and refused a meeting with PAIN Advisers.
