To win their case, under the present climate, is more or less a
miracle, Public Law with regards to care proceedings is a very diverse
form of legal procedure.
Things could have turned out very different and I hate to say it, if that team of solicitors had continued to
represent the Parents, they could have been another statistic of
miscarriage of Justice and Social Services system abuse.
The expert witnesses do have a big say, in regards to the final judgment in… Continue

VICTORY BUT A LONG WAY TO GO
This is a victory for the campaigners, which have been working
tirelessly to highlight the injustice of the family courts and Social
Services System abuse for many years.
Unfortunately there is a long way to go and is a bitter pill to bear at the moment.
A Judge within the Coventry Family court arena has proved to be as
corrupt as the Social Workers that instigated the care proceedings
against a family PAIN have been advising.
The Judge who I would really like to… Continue
