I have been campaigning with PAIN SINCE 1986,the Organization put documentation into the Butler-sloss inquiry, where 200 Children were wrongly taken into care, after allegations were made that Parents had sexually abused their children, after Pediatrician, Dr Marietta Higgs gave conflicting evidence,in the family with regards to her own theory of anal examination., later to be disregarded,as flawed evidence by other profeshionals. Some family\'s were reunited, but other families were left in…

A vulnerable teenage boy told a conduct hearing that he began running away from home after his Bradford social worker swore violently at him down the phone.
Giving evidence via videolink from a secure unit today, the boy, known to the hearing as Child F, said Stanley Lansdell had also threatened him.
He said: “He was swearing at me. He said he would take me into care and he was shouting down the phone.
“That’s when I started running away from home. Because I…

I agree with Tony, until the written evidence ,and the disclosing of such detail is made and shown for such scrutiny, the Courts will fail to reveal their so called secrets, which in some cases does prevent the feelings, and the voice of the child being heard.
I do have some reservations, on a personal basis, i would not like details or any documentation of medical or Psychological assessment reports handed to journalists.
Some Parents or Guardians may also hate having…

Dear Colleague,
The Comprehensive Area Assessment was heralded as an ambitious, new approach to
assessing performance in local authorities, with the focus being on outcomes,
assessing prospects for improvement, and reducing the overall burden of
inspection. Feedback so far, however, indicates that there is still a long way
to go.*
Is the CAA really reducing the overall burden of inspection? Is the new approach
being effectively coordinated between…

FYI
Hello Mother for Justice,
'I am compiling material about cases of sexual abuse perpetrated by fathers - mother raised alarm, lost child to father/abuser.
I understand that these cases become increasingly pandemic in the UK, and that there are problems within Social Services, evidence, police work, biased judges etc.
I understand that you compiled plenty of cases and you understand the depth and complexity of the subject very well. I would like to…

REVIEW: 'Systemic failures': public inquiry report
Posted By KEVIN LAJOIE KLAJOIE@STANDARD-FREEHOLDER.COM
Updated 1 day ago
The Cornwall Public Inquiry has determined there were "systemic failures" in the institutional response to allegations of sexual abuse in the Cornwall area, however Comm. Normand Glaude stopped short of quashing the long-rumoured claims of a pedophile ring in his final report.
Glaude failed to make a final pronouncement on whether a…

Care Proceedings within the UK has risen by as much as 75%, since the horrendous tragedy of Baby Peter in Haringey, and other Local Authority failings up and down the Country resulting in the death of vulnerable children.
But my much increased caseload comes from Mothers that asked for help.
One case was because Mum had to have Social Services involvement because her Son was severely autistic, and needed respite care.
One afternoon the tall 14 year old boy attacked his mother, and…

Private Law cases are a common thing within the UK,and are becoming more intense with reference to Parental alienation syndrome.
One spouse makes a false allegation of child abuse against their former partner to obtain a residential order and custody of the child.
The expert witnesses within the family courts, and Guardians make and subject their report, which are very biased to the other Parent.
Psychologists and other profeshionals also give conflicting evidence in…

Coram an Adoption Agency is working with Local Authority's in London, to ask for prospective adopters to come forward and foster Babies in the early stages of Care Proceedings, and the planning of the former is being introduced before a child is even born.
What does this tell you adopters? will have their child from birth, from a system that is corrupt and unfair.
This charity want this system to become National, and with the increase in Care Proceedings since the death of Baby…

Re: Birmingham Social Services worst in the UK?
The whole child protection industry in the West Midlands is in complete meltdown, due to the increase in Care Proceedings since the tragic death of Baby Peter, and other Local Authority failings up and down the Country resulting in the death of vulnerable children.
