HIGH COURT JUDGMENT WHERE BRIAN MORGAN JOURNALIST WINS GAGGING ORDER

Journalist Brian Morgan took the Case of a Mother who was diagnosed by a Paediatrician with MSBP without ever setting eyes on her within the Family Court arena.

The gagging Order was lifted and the Paediatrician named.
