Cassandra Jardine was one of the first Journalists to highlight the

injustices of the Family Court arena from the Daily Telegraph,

Back in 2004 Cassandra investigated the plight of 30 cases from Parents

If one Local Authority can drop 200 cases, and the reason given was so that the LA involved could protect vulnerable childen, what does the former factor reveal?

Should those proceedings have been instigated at all? at a huge waste of the taxpayers money, and could any of those children fall through the net and become another statistic of Social Services failings regarding child deaths.

LOCAL AUTHORITYS TO STILL PAY FOR CARE PROCEEDINGS AS PLANS ARE SCRAPPED

With the Local Authority restraints and cutbacks,and the general increase in Care Proceedings post Baby Peter, it will be interesting to see if the statistics of the instigation of the former will decrease in

number.

One Local Authority recently dropped 200 cases, to concentrate on safeguarding vulnerable children.

The question is,should of these cases been instigated at all, costing thousands of pounds at the taxpayers expense?

This awful and hateful crime will be recorded on a CRB disclosure ,deservedly preventing them working with children and young people for the rest of their working life, and if they apply for a job to work with children in the near future, they will have to go through the independent safeguarding authority checks as well.

They should of been given a prison sentence, but yet again the Judaical system is a mockery and supports the criminal, no Justice for the Parents,and this small… Continue

Alas we seem to be receiving an increasing number of requests for

support from desperate mothers concerning not child protection but

separation and divorce cases, where judges are, despite good evidence,

awarding custody or extended unsupervised overnight visits, to fathers

where children do not want to go, infants are still breastfeeding,
