Typical while they are using inexperienced agency staff costing more of the taxpayers money a child may be left at risk.



These so called profeshionals may not be adequately trained.

The whole child protection and family courts are in meltdown,and now a computer,and data system that holds information about children, a key part of the functioning system was not in working order.



The data was in relation to school attendance, it would give other agencies information if a child was not in school for long periods, thus helping to detect children at risk.

SOCIAL WORKER TOOK THREE DAYS TO REPORT THE SUSPICIOUS DEATH OF BABY GSCC

A social worker appeared before a disciplinary hearing today charged with misconduct following the "suspicious" death of a baby.



Elizabeth De Souza-Oyewole took three days to pass on to bosses her note of a conversation with a police officer in which he told her of the death of a child known to social services, a hearing was told.

BARNADOS ARE AT IT AGAIN IN SCOTLAND RECOMENDING ADOPTION

SCOTTISH Labour leader Iain Gray has repeated his call for a more robust approach to early intervention with vulnerable children.

I think they should name the Parents, the boys have had a terrible upbringing,and have suffered horrendous amounts of abuse mental,and physical,and by the looks of it lived in squalor.

This doesn't take away what horrors they put the two other boys through,as they were very lucky to live.lock them up for many years, so that they can never hurt another Human being.

I can feel their hurt and PAIN, the Local Authority should of given them a chance by assessing this young couple in a mother and baby unit, because an individual has a slight learning difficulty, doesn't mean that she is gong to be a poor mother.

Instead this Baby will become another statistic of forced adoption.which is happening every single day in the UK, via the family courts.
