FAMILY COURT JUDGMENT CHILD KEPT ON A SECTION 20 ORDER FOR MANY YEARS.-FAMILY COURT JUDGMENT

In the cases 16 Children were kept on section 20 Orders for many years, one boy from birth to 9 years of age.

Herefordshire County Council, blatantly disregarding Guidelines and acting illegally.

I am unsure in these cases if the Parents had any contact with their children.?
