So the Parents of Baby Isaiah who sadly died last night are allegedly taking action against the Hospital for damages

Baby Isaiah brain damage was the fault of medical failings during his birth.
The Family have launched a separate Legal action against for alleged clinical negligence.

I sadly heard on Facebook last night that Baby Isaiah Hastrup has sadly died. after the Hospital terminated his life support yesterday.
