DAILY TELEGRAPH BLOG

I have dealt with and advised Maureen with reference to her case, as I

have many parents over the 25 years that PAIN has been running.

As for Simon and his comments about weird websites, PAIN was funded by the Department of Health until 2002, so perhaps if we

achieved Government funding, we could supply our clients with the best

up to date site on the internet.

As for axes to grind, I have the facts.

PAIN are receiving up to 25 new cases a day and with… Continue

ON THE CHILD PROTECTION REGISTER-BUT THEY DIDNT CONSIDER OUR CHILDREN TO BE AT RISK

There is no doubt about it the trauma of having Scott wrongly taken into care, brought my inflammatory bowel disease on.

I remember i was in hospital for three weeks, and the Social Services

wanted to get both boys names off the old at risk register, and demanded

that they came round the day i came out of hospital.

They were greeted by a barrage of family members, my cousin was visiting from Brighton, and my Mum and Dad were there.

They had not visited 8 weeks prior to… Continue

IN THIS CASE PRACTICE WILL NOT BE MADE PERFECT

The above shows how Social Workers are not made accountable for shoddy

practice, after leaving a vulnerable child at risk, which led to his

tragic death.

How can the GSCC even consider thinking about re-registering these two

individuals?

They could be deemed fit to practice again within a few months.

What message does this send out to other professionals working in the

field?

For the sake of our children and to prevent another statistic of… Continue

Hi Nina,

With reference to the channel 4 news article that will be on at 6.30 tonight portraying adoption, and social networking sites, and

PAIN CLIENTS TO BE ON CHANNEL 4 DOCUMENTARY TOMORROW NIGHT

PAIN clients will be on a channel 4 documentary tomorrow night Sunday 23rd May at 6.30pm.

Several weeks ago a reporter from channel 4 contacted me via e mail asking me to contact PAIN members who had children adopted, especially

those parents or individuals that had been through the trauma of forced adoption

via the family courts.

The documentary will highlight social network sites, with reference to parents trying to find their children on these sites.

There have…

DAVID SOUTHALL BLOG

David Southall should consider himself lucky, that his name has been

placed back on the GMC register and this Organization has deemed him

fit to practice.

Southall states that he has lost faith in the system and complains about his twelve years of hell.

I really don't know how this man sleeps at night, with regards to the

trauma he has put innocent parents under, by the conflicting medical

evidence he has given in the family court arena, leading to… Continue

NOTTINGHAM SOCIAL SERVICES FAILINGS

Another vulnerable child dies due to the incompetence and failings of

Nottingham Social Services, the worst thing about this case,is that the

Social Workers involved knew that the little girl was being locked in

her bedroom at night, and the subsequent neglect, but failed to take any

action to safeguard.

i urge all County Councilors in the area to fulfill their duties and

obligations under the clause of corporate parent to demand a serious

case review into this… Continue

DAILY MAIL BLOG

If a parent refuses a visit from a health and safety inspector, they

will be presumed to be guilty of hiding something, and will possibly

have a child protection investigation made against them, once more

clogging up the system, instigating proceedings that are unnecessary ,

leaving other vulnerable children to fall through the net.

Surely this is the job of the health visitor, that used to visit all families with children under 5 on a regular… Continue

Sunday Telegraph Blog.

This child snatching scenario is not just happening today but is a statistic of the past.

New guidelines came out after the Butler-sloss inquiry into the events of Cleveland, when well over 200 children were wrongly taken

into care, after Pediatrician Dr Marietta Higgs, gave conflicting and

unproven medical theories in the family court arena, stating that

parents had sexually abused their children.

Her facts were later to be discredited by other… Continue
