A PAIN CASE RELATING BACK TO 2004-VERY LITTLE HAS CHANGED IN THE CHILD PROTECTION INDUSTRY SINCE CLEVELAND

Emma and Martin did what any parent would do when they found a lump on their baby's head: they took him to their GP,

who sent them to the local hospital. There, doctors called social

services, who took the little boy into care and have now arranged his

adoption. Cassandra Jardine speaks to the parents about their nightmare

– and hears how a closed and seemingly inflexible system might be

reformed

Emma and Martin's home in Essex is filled…

The brightest most beautiful children fetch the most money - so they took mine.

Social services lept on the chance to steal my children when they found out from my doctor's surgery that I was getting distressed from being refused counselling for over a year after being bullied at my university.

Since they took the children they have done health and development checks all proving the children to be in fantastic health and particularly bright. The children want to come and home and tell them all the time. They have told me they have no intention of ever…

Legal Kidnapping

My beautiful 28 year old daughter passed away of cancer on Sunday On Oct 19th 2008. I allowed people to babysit my 3 year old granddaughter on Friday Oct 17th 2008, at their persistent request to help me. The day after my daughters passing these people had custody of my granddaughter. Prior to them picking her up on that Friday these people did not know her other than seeing her twice for couple of hours. She and my daughter lived with me in Michigan. These people had no death certificate and… Continue

SOCIAL SERVICES TRY TO SEIZE VEGAN BABY

To win their case, under the present climate, is more or less a

miracle, Public Law with regards to care proceedings is a very diverse

form of legal procedure.

Things could have turned out very different and I hate to say it, if that team of solicitors had continued to

represent the Parents, they could have been another statistic of

miscarriage of Justice and Social Services system abuse.

The expert witnesses do have a big say, in regards to the final judgment in… Continue

VICTORY BUT A LONG WAY TO GO

This is a victory for the campaigners, which have been working

tirelessly to highlight the injustice of the family courts and Social

Services System abuse for many years.

Unfortunately there is a long way to go and is a bitter pill to bear at the moment.

A Judge within the Coventry Family court arena has proved to be as

corrupt as the Social Workers that instigated the care proceedings

against a family PAIN have been advising.

The Judge who I would really like to… Continue
