Private Law cases are a common thing within the UK,and are becoming more intense with reference to Parental alienation syndrome.
One spouse makes a false allegation of child abuse against their former partner to obtain a residential order and custody of the child.
The expert witnesses within the family courts, and Guardians make and subject their report, which are very biased to the other Parent.
Psychologists and other profeshionals also give conflicting evidence in…

Coram an Adoption Agency is working with Local Authority's in London, to ask for prospective adopters to come forward and foster Babies in the early stages of Care Proceedings, and the planning of the former is being introduced before a child is even born.
What does this tell you adopters? will have their child from birth, from a system that is corrupt and unfair.
This charity want this system to become National, and with the increase in Care Proceedings since the death of Baby…

Re: Birmingham Social Services worst in the UK?
The whole child protection industry in the West Midlands is in complete meltdown, due to the increase in Care Proceedings since the tragic death of Baby Peter, and other Local Authority failings up and down the Country resulting in the death of vulnerable children.
There is a waiting list for Guardians to be appointed too the Family Court arena, which is up to five months, totally unacceptable when these profeshionals should be…

Now it’s the festive season again how many children will be neglected or abused during all the partying and coming and going. By The Rights of Man | Source | December 29, 2009
The issue of the continuing injustice and anti-father bias of the family courts will have been on the minds of many this Christmas as hundreds of thousands of men will have had limited or no access to their children over the period.
The story continues to play out in some parts of the media and Sir Bob Geldof has continued to play his heroic role during 2009.
The…

Subject: Book - A Decision too far
I have had a tremendous response from many members of the group who would like
to tell me of their experience of Cafcass.
In order for the book to be taken seriously it is my intention to sit down with
those of you who want your story to go in the book and I am willing to travel to
meet you as this has to be done right and the book has to be factual in order to
get this right and the fact that cafcass is a organisation which…

I am not surprised by the above headline.
Some Private fostering agencies pay up to £800 a week for each child fostered.
An Adoption Agency called Coram,is working with Local Authority's in the London area, to recruit prospective adopters to come forward to foster babies in the early stages of Care Proceedings, and planning for placement is taking place before the child is even born, costing millions of the taxpayers money, instead of using the kincare clause highlighted in the Public…

Multi agency failings again, resulting in serious injuries to a Baby..
Even worse system failings because this child's name was on the child protection register, and the Mother had two other children taken away, and placed into care.
Obviously Calderdale Social Services do not monitor their child protection register adequately, utter incompetence once again, leaving a six month old baby to suffer horrendous pain.
I despair every single day, the newspapers are full…

CPS WATCH
The 9th Circuit Rules for Families
Two recent rulings favor family rights over government intrusion
Two recent federal court rulings establish clearly the rights of families to be free of unwarranted government intrusion into their daily lives.
