I applaud Jack Straws decision to name expert Witnesses within the Family Court Arena.
Such scrutiny could possibly prevent these Professionals from giving conflicting and misleading medical and Psychological evidence, which may stop miscarriages of justice.
How can Social Workers become immune from such disclosures? Shoddy practice is acceptable, accountability is the name.…

145 Children lost while in Local Authority Care, a National disgrace.
Yet again System abuse, by a team of so called Social Services, that are supposed to safeguard them.
Yes i agree, County Councilors should sped more time to oversee their duties under the clause of Corporate Parent,
I wonder how many of these Children have fallen into prostitution, and Pedophile gangs, and have been sexually abused?…

Why some Local Authority's do not consider the Kincare clause is a question i would like to ask? they have a mandatory obligation to consider this under the Public Law Guidelines.
I was dealing with a case where all three siblings were going to be placed with separate Foster Carers, all in the best interests of the Child..
Luckily due yo the professionalism of our clients Solicitors, the Children remain at home, on an interim care order..…

Children as young as 10 are being moved around the UK to be sexually exploited at parties organised by paedophiles, a charity says.
Barnardo's says thousands of girls and boys are at risk of organised trafficking.
The organisation says the vast majority of local authorities do not provide expert help for such children.
But directors of children's services insist councils are well aware of their responsibilities - and taking action.
In its report,…

http://www.cypnow.co.uk/bulletins/Daily-Bulletin/news/966663/?DCMP=EMC-DailyBulletin
I have got no objections too Social Workers talking to the media, as long as client confidentiality and Family and Childrens identities are kept under wraps. They should not be…

Health and Safety checks in the home now!
Soon nobody will want to have children.
With Social Services crumbling at the seams, Family Courts in meltdown & large increases in Care Proceedings since the death of baby Peter, Social Workers will have a much larger caseload, because of the above legislation; more vulnerable children will fall through the net.
Big Brother and the nanny state going crazy, who is going to pay for these Health and Safety checks, you and me the…

The Prime Minister is to apologise for forced deporting of children fr0m 1930 to 1970. But
they are still at it. Social services are still snatching children and telling them falsely that their families do not want them and also telling grandparents and extended family that the children do not want to see them either. (Parental Alienation) This confuses and demoralises children into accepting forced adoption to complete strangers. An excellent cost cutting business plan! But children…

My granddaughter is the subject of a child protection plan. She is nearly 12 months old and since before she was born has had 4 social workers! My daughter was only 15 when she got pregnant and has ADHD and ASD. The reason my granddaughter was placed under child protection before she was born was because social services were worried about her 'physical' wellbeing. My daughter and granddaughter live with me and I ensure that all her needs are provided for. When she was about 3 months old the…
